2/3 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ cup butter or marg, softened
1 egg
½ cup milk or cider
1 cup peeled & finely chopped
or coarsely grated apple
Streusel Mixture (optional):
1 Tbsp butter, softened
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon
