1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 Tbs. butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup blanched almonds (optional)
