3/4 cup lemon or vanilla yogurt
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp lemon peel
1 cup blueberries
Glaze:
1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon peel
